Tasks

As the Team Lead, you will work under the Senior Team Lead and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. -Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, -Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage. -3PLCoordination: Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed -Health&Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance. -Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies. -Van Management: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and -removal of tracking devices, but not budget or planning. -Contractor Management: Supports when required the repairs and maintenance in -coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists.

Requirements

What You Bring

-2+ years of previous work experience -General understanding of digital work tools (MS-office, G-Suite). -Experience managing a team of people -Working days: 5 out of 7 -A UK Full UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor offenses and no major offenses and meet the requirements for our e-Van insurance. The reason for this is you may be required to drive one of our e-Van's occasionally
