Tasks

-Conduct all business transactions in accordance with Michaels policies and procedures -Develop and distribute leasing and marketing collateral, flyers, etc. Ensure accuracy on all printed material. -Assist with the execution of monthly marketing calendars and initiatives. -Greeting and answering questions, both by phone and in-person from prospects and current residents in a professional and positive manner -Develop both print and internet marketing and advertising strategies -Assist the Leasing Manager with national branding, programs and marketing goals outlined in the annual marketing plan. -Daily follow-up on guest cards -Participate in outreach marketing activities, distribute flyers, advertising and marketing materials -Assist the Leasing Manager with renewal campaigns -Facilitate “move-in” process including touring models or vacant units, set-up of mini-models as needed, promoting the property and lease signing -Conduct marketing surveys, shop competitors where applicable and complete Marketing Reports -Assist with planning, preparation, and implementation of marketing and leasing events, property events, social media competition, etc. as approved. -Assist with application verifications and ensure accurate and timely completion of lease file paperwork. -Continually develop product knowledge, fair housing, and other industry knowledge in order to meet and exceed leasing goals.
