Tasks

-Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Develop and manage project budget line items, track expenditures, and ensure that budget line items stay within financial parameters -Market Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial modeling to support decision-making and ensure project viability -Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and updates to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders -Project Management: Support all phases of real estate development projects, including site acquisition, entitlements, design and permitting -Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders -Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field -Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate development or a related field, with a proven track record of managing development projects -Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality -Experience in navigating regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and compliance requirements -Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders -Experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and project financing -Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
