Assist with equipment rental tasks like preparation, maintenance, check‑in/out, and paperwork.

Tasks

-Check-in and check-out all rental units and accessories including paperwork and photos. -Comply with IIPP regulations and Holt safety practices. -Securing decals -Dispose of batteries and tires used by the sales department. -Assist in administrative duties/paperwork as assigned. -Perform monthly housekeeping inspections each month by the 15th. -Keep work area and rental fleet storage area clean and orderly. -Preparation of new and used units for delivery. -Review and document all rental and demo return units for condition. -Responsible for the equipment in the yard in regard to location, general yard maintenance, and tool room. -Order parts as needed for rental equipment. -Maintain fleet in the yard by checking oil, water, and start-up machine at least once a week. -Touch up paint -Wash, steam clean, and fuel all units. -Perform preventive maintenance with lube, oil, filter changes, as well as belts, hoses, and lights that are defective.
