Tasks

-Support quality control and safety compliance efforts. -Manage and process project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes. -Attend and document project meetings. -Coordinate and track material deliveries. -Help monitor project schedules and budgets. -Assist Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents on active construction projects. -Support key team members across project management and field operations.

What You Bring

-Ability to follow directions and maintain confidentiality. -Available to participate in a full-time internship at a designated Consigli project location for the duration of the program. -Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. -Must meet DoD SkillBridge eligibility requirements and receive command approval to participate. -Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools. -Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus. -Strong communication skills - written and verbal. -Proactive, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work effectively as part of a team. -Demonstrated interest in construction management or the construction industry. -Must be currently serving on active duty in the U.S. military. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. -Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
