The Role

Admin/secretarial support for Sales & Marketing, handling correspondence, reports, and client visits.

Tasks

-Coordinates client visits, including the prepai·ation of all required collateral, ai1d when required assist the sales ai1d marketing team conducting sales calls -Develop ai1d maintain rappmt with key commw1ity contacts to ensure a visible presence in the commw1ity -Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc. -Involve in finalization of ai1y big event query i.e. wedding, birthday party, gala dinner etc. -Acts with a degree of independence as liaison with both internal ai1d external clients. Hai1dle clients' requests and complaints as appropriate in order to WOW them whilst ensuring a lifestyle experience -Provides full secretarial ai1d administrative support activities for the Sales ai1d Marketing team, including the hai1dling, preparation ai1d writing of conespondence, establishment ai1d maintenai1ce of various filing / records/ database, tracing pending issues ai1d following up as appropriate, screening telephone calls ai1d orgai1izing appointments ai1d meetings -Assists in the mai1agement of Sales ai1d Marketing administrative, operational ai1d marketing function. Compile data ai1d produce regulai· scheduled reports. Liaise with the Sales ai1d Marketing team in relation to necessary follow up on que1ies, deadlines, requests ai1d special fw1ctions instigated by the Sales ai1d Marketing Team -Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds -Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading ai1d attending meetings, compiling contracts, writing reports, maintaining a log book of activities aild other specific duties related to the role -Attends trade shows ai1d various trips to represent One&Only Moonlight Basin in a professional maimer
