Tasks
The Accounts Executive/Accountant - AP shall be responsible to perform accounts payable function -Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Assist in month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities. -Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements or implementations. -Corrindate smooth process flow for AP function with other departments. -Perform monthly bank reconciliations. -Prepare and reconcile supplier and intercompany statements of accounts. -Support subsidaries for problem solving. -Support ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as required. -Prepare and post month-end accrual journal entries. -Review General Ledger (G/L) accounts and follow up on outstanding items. -Ensure AP are performed in accordance with the Financial Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). -Prepare payment proposals for invoices due for payment. -Manage Accounts Payable (AP) postings accurately and in a timely manner. -Administer and maintain the commission system. -Verify and process staff expense claims in compliance with company policies. -Support quarterly and annual audit processes by providing required documentation and analysis.

What You Bring
-3-5 years of working experience in an MNC environment is preferred -Past experience handling account payable functions with minimal supervision -Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Use SAP AP module for at least 3 years and above (ECCS or/and S4 HANA) -Knowledge of IE/NL VAT filing is an advantage but not mandatory. -English Language skills, written and verbal -Minimum degree equivalent or ACCA Level 2 and above -Ability to read and speak Chinese is highly advantageous -Proficient in relevant IT programs
