Tasks

-Account Leadership & Growth Act as the primary client lead for a major hyperscale account, maintaining trusted relationships and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all projects. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service lines and geographies, supporting strategic growth of the account across Europe. Develop and implement account growth plans aligned with client objectives and internal business strategy. Commercial & Technical Delivery Oversee the delivery of full pre- and post-contract QS services, ensuring robust estimating, bid analysis, cost reporting, change assessment, and final account management. Uphold and enhance internal QA standards to achieve best-in-class outputs across all client deliverables. Provide commercial insight and strategic guidance to clients on procurement, contract strategy, and risk management. Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across multiple European locations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Set clear expectations and monitor team output to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with both client and business KPIs. Champion professional development within the team, cultivating future leaders and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Operational Excellence Drive consistency and efficiency in processes, reporting, and systems across all projects.Support business improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability across the account. What You Bring

-Experienced in commercial and cost management across large, complex, and fast-paced construction programmes. -A proven leader in construction consultancy, ideally with experience managing hyperscale or mission-critical projects. -Highly skilled in estimating, cost planning, risk management, and final account delivery. -Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to navigate complex interfaces between client, design, and contractor teams. -Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, capable of balancing commercial objectives with operational excellence. -Strong background in client relationship management and business development, with a track record of growing key accounts. -Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
