Tasks

-Provide administrative support to Housing Services teams and leadership -Assist with stakeholder engagement and cross-team communication -Coordinate travel bookings, bulk mail outs, document formatting and filing -Support the preparation of reports, minutes and communications -Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to deliver high-quality documents -Enter and maintain data in tenancy and property systems

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word -Prior admin experience and confidence working in fast-paced teams -Experience with CRM or tenancy databases is desirable -Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities -Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation skills -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
