- Communicating with clients and local and state agencies
- Partnering with your supervisory team to meet your future goals and vision
- “Hands on” preparation of construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Mentoring junior staff
- Performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
- Ensuring the technical accuracy, standard engineering practices, and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various project plans, reports, and design documents
- Working on challenging and varying land development projects including a variety of nationally branded clients

- Experience in HydroCAD
- Experience in land development design including site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- A PE license is preferred, successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam is required
- Excellent communication skills
