Tasks

-Display the intention to learn and grow as a valued employee of the company. -Perform inspections and testing of Galley Hood Water Washdown systems. -Understand and implement the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment. -Perform inspections and testing of Fire Suppression systems. -Display a comprehensive understanding of Hiller’s expectation to provide excellent customer service/satisfaction. -Perform inspections of portable/semi-portable fire extinguishers. -Perform hydrostatic testing of firehoses. -Perform inspections and testing of Water Mist systems. -Assist Lead Mechanical Technicians with installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems world-wide daily. -Perform inspections and testing of Fire Detection Systems.

What You Bring

-Ability to become DOT certified to perform hydro static testing of pressurized cylinders as well as learn the basic inspection criteria for inspecting portable/semi-portable fire extinguishers/cylinders. -Must understand the purpose, daily use function of Hiller’s Job Safety Analysis Forms.
