The Role

Tasks
Working as a project team member to undertake and assist with the supervised management of the planning co-ordination and delivery of all aspects of a project within the terms of MBB Group Obligations. -Active participation in team and company activities to support and drive continuous improvements -Develop and manage positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, statutory authorities, contractors and end users -Interact and co-ordinate with other areas of our business when working on various multi-disciplinary projects -Provide support to our team by helping to manage business issues, client relationships and requests, and inputting to strategies that improve corporate capability -Consistently develop consulting capabilities and share knowledge across the business -Bring potential opportunities to attention of Managers -Plan and coordinate allocated activities re-prioritising own work activities on a regular basis to achieve set goals -Deliver a high-quality project management consulting capability, undertaking project delivery and management tasks independently or with guidance from more senior staff or the direction of clients when working within integrated project team environment -Support the Bids team in actively undertaking marketing and business development by contributing to writing proposals / submissions, nurturing and maintaining external relationships and promoting the MBB Groups project management brand both internally and externally to the marketplace -Comply and develop our business values, policies / processes and understand and implement our quality assurance procedures

What You Bring
-Advanced computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs -Successful completion of, or progress towards, a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Law, Construction Management, Project Management, Economics or other) -Good interpersonal and organisational skills -Experience in contract and/or project administration including tracking costs and time across the project life cycle using your initiative and working with minimal supervision -Attendance at relevant professional / educational events -Good verbal and written communication skills -Developed awareness of self and others -Thinks clearly and logically with attention to detail -One to three years project experience
