Entry-Level Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Technician / Consultant

Description

• Performing indoor air quality assessments and respirator fit testing.
• Delivering OSHA and EPA compliance training on topics such as:
• Performing asbestos, lead, and mold inspections and sampling.
• Conducting safety and environmental site inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Preparing clear, concise technical reports.
• Conducting construction safety inspections.
• Performing hoist and sling safety inspections.
• Conducting industrial hygiene air and noise sampling.

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building a hands-on career in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.

• 0–3 years of work experience; construction or industrial experience a plus.
• Local and national travel as needed (potential for extended projects).
• Willingness to learn OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910) and Construction (29 CFR 1926) regulations.
• Aerial Lift
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• First Aid, CPR & AED
• Willingness to work outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Forklift/Powered Industrial Truck
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Certificate or Associate degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, Biology, or a related field (or relevant experience).
