Senior Superintendent plans and oversees execution of large-scale concrete projects.

Tasks

-Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties. -Ensure project execution goals are met. -Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals. -Develop a comprehensive project plan. -Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process. -Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes. -Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports. -Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.

What You Bring

-Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial. -5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor. -Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success. -In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K. -Self-perform experience of concrete is required. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
