Overview

Tasks

-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. -Prepare and evaluate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for our projects. -Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely procurement of materials and services. -Assist in the preparation of contract documents and manage contract variations. -Conduct cost analysis and risk management for ongoing projects. -Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide accurate valuations. -Monitor project costs and progress, identifying and addressing any discrepancies. -Prepare and present detailed reports on project financial performance.

What You Bring

-Strong communication and negotiation abilities. -Proficient in the use of COINS, Bluebeam, MS Project software and MS Office suite. -Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the Civil Engineering sector. -Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes. -Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
