Overview

Perform make‑ready unit prep, maintenance, and HVAC repairs for multi‑family apartments.

Tasks

-Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas -Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical -Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems -Prepping apartments for make-ready turns -On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls

What You Bring
