Tasks

-Health & Safety: Implement health and safety programs and manage technical tasks on large-scale projects. -Project Management Support: Assist in managing diverse projects, from property inspections to environmental assessments. -Team Collaboration: Lead or participate in projects involving asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, biological hazards, and Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs). -Environmental Investigations: Conduct environmental investigations and oversee the removal of hazardous materials. -Quality Assurance: Perform air sampling, waste profiling, and ensure regulatory compliance. -Client Interaction: Coordinate with site operators and report to Senior Management, while developing strong client relationships.

What You Bring

-Credentials: State of Colorado Certified Asbestos Building Inspector (CABI) and Air Monitoring Specialist (AMS) certifications. -Degree: A BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field. -Preference: Local candidate who resides in the Denver, CO, Loveland, CO, or Laramie, WY metro area and has experience in private-sector, project-oriented businesses, focused on commercial, education, and industrial projects. -Experience: Three to five years of project technical experience, including IH surveys, IAQ, noise assessments, asbestos, LBP, and mold surveys/investigations, and abatement management. -Skills: Knowledgeable in health and safety program implementation and capable of managing varied technical tasks.
