PT Account Stocker (Weymouth and Dedham, MA)

Overview

Part‑time stocker who stocks NOVO products at assigned Lowe’s stores within 36 hrs.

Tasks

-Use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company approved tools while remaining aware of possible hazards and maintaining a safe work environment. -Retrieve NOVO products from inventory, break bundles and stock products appropriately. Ensure all NOVO products that are stocked look neat and organized. -Ensure your safety while working in the Lowes store, as well as the safety of those around you, including Lowes personnel or customers. -Keep aisles free of debris during the stocking process. Clean up and properly dispose of all bundle ties and other packing materials. -Communicate effectively with Lowes store personnel and customers. -Assist with store set/reset activity, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. * -Contact the Lowes receiving department of the store you are responsible for to confirm availability of products to be stocked. -Participate in special events for customers (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training, etc.), as requested by management.

-Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance. -Daily travel to assigned Lowes store(s) in a local geographic region. -100%: Stand, handle or feel, squeeze or grasp. -Reliable transportation. -Possess and maintain a current unrestricted (other than for vision correction) driver's license and acceptable driving record along with adequate on-going auto insurance on personal vehicle. -Basic computer skills. -50%: Walk, repetitive motion, operate moving equipment. -Stock NOVO products included in the Stocking Program within 36 hours of when they are delivered (after the materials have been received in the Lowes system) unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe's representatives. -Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions. -High School Diploma or GED. -Lift, push or pull 75-100 lbs. with assistance. -Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills. -Prior experience stocking customer stores. -80%: Reaching with hands and arms, depth perception. -10: Working bent at waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bending or twisting.
