Tasks

-Conduct User IT Orientation to go over resources and services -Hardware Support - troubleshooting, reimaging, and building client machines -Mobile Device/Tablet - troubleshooting, upgrading and setup assistance -SharePoint - site creation, administration, and troubleshooting -Responding and resolving desktop support inquiries via our ticketing system, email, or phone. (ServiceNow)

What You Bring

-Understanding of Asset Management systems such as LANDesk or SCCM -Unified Communications - Cisco Webex, Call Manager, MS Teams administration and troubleshooting -Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselves -Familiarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops -Software Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications. (Windows 10, Office365) -Able to work flexible and weekend hours -Able to follow direction, work with the team, and work independently -Active Directory Administration - user accounts, security groups -Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone)
