Tasks

Propose improvements to software tools and modeling processes. -Model Management & Compliance Oversee daily management, review, and audit of BIM models to ensure compliance with Arcadis standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and applicable codes. Maintain accurate records of coordination activities, clash resolutions, and decisions. Perform regular audits to uphold data quality and accuracy. -Provide troubleshooting and support for Revit and workflow challenges. -Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot workflow challenges and technical issues. -Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients. -Provide expert guidance on model adjustments to eliminate conflicts. -Facilitate coordination meetings to resolve clashes and ensure alignment. -Collaboration, Support & Mentoring Work closely with project managers and teams to anticipate BIM service and modeling needs. Mentor and educate staff on BIM best practices, standards, and technical requirements. Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients. Support staff in adhering to company-wide BIM and CAD standards. Create parametric Revit families to capture design intent and construction logic.
