Tasks

-Review and approve contractor pay applications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. -Track and report on construction physical progress using Earned Value Management (EVM). -Analyze revenue and cost performance and recommend corrective actions to project and construction managers. -Maintain accurate data in cost control systems and tools. -Scope change tracking -Expenditure and forecast reporting -Manage all cost control elements, including -Lead the setup, monitoring, and forecasting of project cost and progress metrics. -Coordinate with contractors to collect and upload weekly progress data into project systems.

What You Bring

-Certified Cost Professional (CCP) -Familiarity with construction contracts and pay application processes. -Primavera P6 -Willingness and ability to travel for on-site assignments. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. -Ability to work collaboratively with project controls teams, construction teams, and vendors. -Risk Management Professional (RMP) -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. -Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). -Project Management Professional (PMP) -Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on cost management and field operations.
