-Using multiple internal systems to log and track incidents. -Handling communication from members of the public and responding in a professional manner. -Handling inbound calls and processing all information received to distribute to relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring

-1-2 years call centre/sales/customer service experience. -1-2 years administration experience. -Professional communication including the use of social media, updating relevant websites and managing the Twitter account. -Leaving Certificate. -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (essential).
