Tasks

Provide program and project leadership. Leads project scope development for proposals. Plans, directs, organizes, and executes designated project activities to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within schedule and budget. Champions and administers TCE project management processes and procedures. Works with clients to develop project scope and prepare proposals to fulfill the project needs. Manage overall project execution including resource allocation and management, schedule and budget control, status reporting, contract management, change management, client and TCE communications. Ensure a safe work environment and a safe design, per TCE and client safety guidelines. Establish and maintain client relations and lead proposal development efforts. Identify project risk and develop and execute mitigation measures. Ensures client process and procedures are followed and properly documented. Complies with all TCE operating guidelines and standards. Independently coordinate and monitor discipline work to achieve desired project results.

What You Bring

Organization capabilities including planning, organizing and managing small and large projects. Basic computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications. Use of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field from four-year college or university is desired. Previous consulting experience. Experience with project management tools including scheduling, budgeting, earned value management and resource planning. Ten (10) years of experience in the engineering industry, with 5 years as a Project Manager. Proven engineering project management experience. Knowledge and experience with contracting, procurement and materials management. In compliance with federal law, all candidates hired will be required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form after acceptance of a formal TCE offer letter through our onboarding system. 15 + years' experience in lieu of degree. Experience based on knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify with the approval of Director of Operations. Excellent communication and public relation skills including experience with customer relations. Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a desire to excel in a collaborative team environment. Diverse knowledge of all areas of engineering execution, discipline interface, how information flows between disciplines and how to tailor to the project.
