Tasks

We are seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team, ensuring that residential retrofit and replacement projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, project coordination, and direct involvement in installation operations. As part of our team, you’ll manage high-quality retrofit and replacement installations, mentor a skilled team of technicians, and have the opportunity to shape processes, influence projects, and grow with a company that values your expertise. -Maintain accurate project documentation, including work orders, material tracking, and time management. -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications. -Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance technical skills, productivity, and adherence to best practices. -Lead and manage a team of HVAC installation technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols. -Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional customer experiences. -Conduct quality inspections on installations and provide feedback to technicians to maintain high standards. -Plan, schedule, and oversee residential swap-out and retrofit installations from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What You Bring

-Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systems. -Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as needed. -Proven leadership and team management skills. -Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing more than 2 technicians. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Available on Saturdays and evenings when needed. -Excellent organizational and communication abilities. -CT S2 or S1 license
