Tasks

-Provide nationwide telephone-based technical support, ensuring a high-quality customer experience when not deployed in the field -Act as a technical expert during sales visits, providing support to the sales team and building trust with customers -Deliver on-site services, including equipment erection, testing, modifications, and rectification work -Assist sales teams and customers by supplying accurate technical specifications and guidance on product selection

What You Bring

-Customer driven and great communication skills -City & Guilds / HNC or other relevant Electrical experience -Relevant CSCS Card to enable working on our equipment at sites -Experienced in working in a site environment
