The Role

Overview

Manage transportation projects, mentor staff, and grow client relationships in WV.

Tasks

-Support growth efforts in WV and throughout the region -Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm -Maintain quality control of the work product and successfully complete projects on time and within budget -Lead the design and production of roadway and/or planning projects for WVDOT, local agency, and other regional clients

What You Bring

-Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of West Virginia -Ten years of related roadway and/or planning experience is preferred -Experience in commonly used design software and CADD Standards for WVDOT and local clients -Good communication skills and ability to work with clients in the public and private sector -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
