Underground Construction Laborer - Trenching Experience

Perform trenching, install underground infrastructure, and assist construction crews.

Tasks

-Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces -Install pedestals and vaults -Maintain equipment -Complete all required Company documentation -Assist with the handling and placement of conduit and cables -Must always comply with proper safety standards/procedures and work practices while operating equipment according to Pramira’ s safety standards. -Operate compressors and missiles -Assist crew members with construction work as required -Frequently use hand tools, pneumatic tools (tampers, compactors, 60 & 90lb jackhammer, chipping hammer) -Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe manner -Dig trenches and remove, fill, or compact earth -Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards -Perform site clean-up

What You Bring

-Self-motivated with ability to following oral and written instructions -Preferred - Micro Trenching /Trenching Experience -Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record -Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and cooperatively with coworkers -Must have the ability to assist in the installation of conduit, hand holes, vaults, manholes and cable. -Must pass a Drug Test & Background Check -Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort, lift heavy physical objects, kneel, crouch, balance, climb or crawl
