Lead electrical design for multi‑disciplinary industrial and infrastructure projects.

Tasks

-Develop strong industry relationships with other design professionals. -Lead design teams to develop construction-ready drawing packages with inter-discipline coordination. -Travel to project sites for engineering site surveys, data collection for power system studies, electrical system audits and collaboration with clients’ team members. -Work with designers to develop sealed drawings of your designs. -Provide mentoring to junior staff. -Perform various system studies (arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination) -Support proposal efforts to win design work.

What You Bring

-Education: BS in electrical engineering or equivalent. -Competent analytical and troubleshooting skills. -Fluency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, Elum Tools, BIM360, SKM, Etap, EDSA, Easy Power). -Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety standards such as NFPA, NEC, NETA, ANSI, IEEE, UL, UFC, UBC as well as international standards such as IEC, CE, EN. -Inter-discipline knowledge of facility systems. -Minimum years of experience: 10+, varies with credentials. -State-issued professional engineering license. -Design experience producing IFC drawings for industrial and other facilities. -Experience developing solutions to complex projects. -Competent presentation and communications skills.
