Tasks

-Produce dynamic thermal models using IES VE. -Promote technical excellence and client satisfaction. -Prepare and review energy and sustainability strategy reports. -Compliance modeling, operational energy assessments. -Act as Task Leader and collaborate with larger teams. -Generate reports: Part L, EPC, thermal comfort, daylight analysis, LZC. -Lead delivery of sustainable design and building physics projects. -Provide consultancy for Net-Zero carbon buildings. -Mentor and train junior staff. -Support business development through client care. -Mentoring junior staff.

What You Bring

-Microsoft PowerPoint, Word. -Excellent client service and communication skills. -Certifications: LEED (BD+C AP with v4.0 experience), Mostadam, Estidama, CEEQUAL. BREEAM/WELL AP beneficial. -Embodied and whole life carbon appraisals (beneficial). -Degree in Engineering. -Experience: 7–10 years in sustainability consulting, preferably on international projects. -Multitasking under pressure. -IES VE (dynamic simulation). -Software Proficiency: -Background in building services and sustainable design. -Experience in energy and parametric modeling. -Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering or Built Environment. -Building physics: heat transfer, thermal comfort, passive design. -Circular economy strategies and low-carbon materials (beneficial). -Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. -Thermal comfort and overheating risk assessments. -Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills. -5–10 years in Building Physics/ESD/Sustainability (consulting preferred). -LEED BD+C AP certified with v4.0 experience.
