The Role

Overview

Organize training logistics, support onboarding, manage materials and records.

Tasks

-Track training completion and maintain accurate records in LMS or other systems. -Support the development and organization of training materials and SOPs. -Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders. -Gather feedback from participants and assist in continuous improvement efforts. -Assist in onboarding processes by preparing documentation, tracking attendance, and supporting facilitators. -Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, room setup, materials, and technology. -Provide administrative support to the Senior Trainer and HR team as needed. -Help build and manage training schools in high-growth locations, including setup and ongoing support.

What You Bring

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Ability to travel occasionally to support training school setup and onboarding events. -Minimum 1 year experience in training coordination, HR support, or administrative roles. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS platforms a plus.
