Tasks

As an Senior Industrial Hygienist you will have an opportunity to participate in a diverse portfolio of projects, working with clients in industries including pulp and paper, renewable energy, and manufacturing. Your work will contribute directly the reduction of employee diseases, illnesses, and injuries, and to the protection of air quality, land, and water resources through active involvement in client EHS programs. -Work closely with multidisciplinary staff and frequently interact directly with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public. -Evaluate occupational safety hazards and develop recommendations for controlling these hazards. -Review client EHS programs and management systems to identify and prioritize areas in need of improvement, and develop and modify programs and systems to achieve these improvements. -Evaluate employee exposures to hazardous air contaminants, noise, and other health hazards and develop recommendations for controlling these hazards.

What You Bring

-Certified Industrial Hygienist credential, or current certification eligibility strongly preferred. -Experience performing EHS auditing of industrial facilities and report preparation -Ability to work independently, and coordinate activities with our close-knit team -Proven success developing and implementing EHS programs and management systems. -Other professional environmental or health and safety credential desirable (e.g., PE, CHMM, CSP, EIT, CEA, or similar) -B.S. degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or similar
