Tasks

-Pilot and refine marketing tactics by customer segment and region, adjusting based on performance analytics. -Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Events teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. -Manage and optimize the annual marketing calendar across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. -Champion customer-centric marketing by embedding insights from customer feedback, market research, and sales data. -Partner with Sales leadership to design and execute lead generation programs that drive pipeline growth. -Guide internal and external creative teams to deliver high-impact, error-free marketing assets. -Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives. -Represent the marketing function in cross-departmental initiatives and leadership forums. -Influence senior stakeholders to gain buy-in on marketing strategies and priorities. -Lead the development and execution of portfolio-specific marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. -Ensure all content reflects brand voice, values, and resonates with target audiences

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. -Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. -Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. -Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or customer experience. -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
