Tasks

-Translate business requests into Jira stories with triggers, logic, exceptions, scheduling, and tracking. -Leadership of cross-functional technical teams. -Gather, clarify, and challenge business requirements. -Own the product/delivery roadmap, balancing short-term fixes with long-term changes. -Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes. -Act as escalation point and ensure delivery quality. -Coordinate cross-functional delivery across BI, development, data, and operations. -Balance firefighting with long-term planning. -Ensure the team understands the context and value of business requests. -Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. -Identify opportunities for system replacement, adoption or upgrades. -Provide documentation, acceptance criteria, and context so the team can deliver effectively. -Lead and coach managers and analysts across BI, development, data/finance, and systems.
