Tasks

You will lead delivery of key projects, ensure the business continues to achieve its net zero carbon and social value objectives, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in design, procurement, and construction delivery. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing and evolving GPE’s project delivery function across a diverse development portfolio. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with extensive project management experience and a proven track record of delivering major, commercially led schemes in central London. -Champion GPE’s sustainability goals, driving achievement of annual environmental and social value targets. -Lead and develop the project delivery function, ensuring clarity of objectives, consistent quality, and team growth. -Oversee the delivery of major developments from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. -Encourage collaboration across all business functions, ensuring excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. -Implement robust cost control, procurement, and reporting strategies across all projects. -Promote innovation through technology, design, and flexible working approaches. -Ensure best practice in design, risk, and quality management, and foster a strong culture of health and safety.
