You’ll collaborate across disciplines and help deliver cohesive, purpose-driven outcomes "CONNECTED BY DESIGN", working together to create meaningful, sustainable design. Graduates of Architecture work with their allocated manager and under the direction of the project Senior Architect, requiring close working relationships with their project team at MODE to deliver high quality design, documentation and construction outcomes. They will collaborate with their team in a highly effective manner which includes mentoring and overviewing students of architecture as appropriate to meet deadlines and project requirements. -Deliver Design Excellence: Create innovative, compliant designs and documentation across all project stages while staying current with industry standards. -Drive Project Performance: Manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals, coordinate teams, uphold standards, and mentor junior staff to support business growth.

What You Bring

The ability to apply for and maintain an Australian AGSVA baseline security clearance to work on secure industry projects is highly desirable. AGSVA Eligibility can be checked at https://www.agsva.gov.au/applicants/eligibility-suitability Graduate of Architecture We are looking to expand our Architectural team of talented and dedicated people to collaborate on projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking Graduates of Architecture to join our Brisbane Studio in a full time, permanent capacity. -BIM and Project Management Capability: Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with experience managing projects and client relationships. -Technical Expertise: Minimum 2 years post-graduate employment experience -Comprehensive Industry Knowledge: Understanding of National Competency Standards, Building Codes, and relevant Standards applicable to project locations. -Accredited Architectural Qualifications: A qualification recognised in Australia, New Zealand, or the UK; or equivalent. -Professional and Personal Effectiveness: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to exceed client expectations. -Strong Technical and Design Skills: Proven ability in design, documentation, and coordination, supported by sound construction and detailing knowledge.
