The ideal candidate will lead the development of investment systems, manage partnerships with the private sector, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic plans that support financial sustainability. -Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities and structure financing options. -Supervise project bids, manage investor relations, and maintain compliance with local and international standards. -Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders to achieve financial sustainability and meet strategic objectives. -Lead contract negotiations, evaluate risks, and ensure the implementation of corrective plans for partnership projects. -Oversee the execution and management of partnership contracts with the private sector, ensuring alignment with the approved investment plan.
