Tasks

-Reviewing plant performance and leading root cause analysis -Promoting best practices in maintenance and change management -Leading 1-year and 3–5-year asset improvement plans -Diagnosing faults using data, modelling, and system analysis -Implementing Written Schemes of Examination and Risk-Based Assessments -Advising on repairs and inspection intervals to meet legal and business standards -Driving Health & Safety compliance and zero-harm culture -Improving preventive maintenance plans with the Engineering Planner -Supporting plant upgrades, modifications, and CAPEX projects -Training and mentoring engineers, fitters, and apprentices

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance strategies, and project delivery -Experience with Siemens S5/S7, Allen Bradley, & Mitsubishi PLCS's -Demonstrable ability to design, program and deliver working industrial control systems -18th Edition certification (essential) -Familiarity with CMMS, databases, and project software -HNC/D in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
