Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Daily tasks include conducting property consultations, coordinating client meetings, supporting sales, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves proactively identifying opportunities, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

What You Bring

-Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and industry dynamics -Proficiency in sales and marketing principles, with experience in developing client strategies -Customer relationship management and client servicing abilities -Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or client relationship management is a plus -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field -Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address client needs effectively -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills -Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
