Tasks

-Assist the Marketing and Duty Teams with special events and promotions as required -To promote and sell Festival Place Shopping Centre gift cards -To communicate with your colleagues by radio in a calm and precise manner -To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively -To promote use of the Shopping Centre Hozah Car Park and provide assistance for customer Autopay sign ups -Highlight any common issues being experienced by customers -Champion customer service by providing high quality information and assistance, including town centre information as required -Assist in the day to day operation of the Information Desk, ensuring that excellent standards of customer service and care are given at all times -Deliver customer feedback and response to the Operations Manager -To assist customers with directions and retailer information, including special offers
