Tasks

-Collaborate with Directors/Pre-Con teams on bid approach, programme and prelims. -Attend client/tender meetings, presentations and mid-bid reviews. -Identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering options; feed into bid strategy. -Lead preparation of accurate estimates, cost plans and tender submissions. -Maintain adherence to company procedures, ensuring quality and audit readiness. -Source and assess subcontractor/supplier quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. -Review drawings, specs and ERs, clarifying scope and value opportunities.
