Tasks

What You Bring

2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales roles Strong communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through Demonstrated emotional intelligence and flexibility across multiple projects Experience supporting manufactured products in the commercial building market Four-year business degree or equivalent combination of education and customer-facing experience Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and CRM software 5+ years in customer-facing customer service roles in lieu of Degree Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, code regulations, and agency standards Proficiency in interpreting customer requests and business documents -Strong communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through -Demonstrated emotional intelligence and flexibility across multiple projects -2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales roles 5+ years in customer-facing customer service roles in lieu of Degree -Experience supporting manufactured products in the commercial building market -Four-year business degree or equivalent combination of education and customer-facing experience -Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and CRM software -5+ years in customer-facing customer service roles in lieu of Degree -Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, code regulations, and agency standards -Proficiency in interpreting customer requests and business documents
