  • Able to enrich design concepts through technical strategies and effectively uses appropriate tools to research, design and document at all project phases.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrates an intermediate knowledge of Interior Architecture and Architectural design including workplace planning and design concept development (hospitality and/or residential as applicable), design documentation, construction documentation, construction administration, and furniture (FF&E) and materials selection and specifications,
  • Completion of a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field; LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of Interiors and Architectural building materials and finishes, building systems, specifications, current and applicable building and fire codes, design and detailing standards and construction techniques, and current market cost(s) costing trends.
  • Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a project component level.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, VR, Adobe Suite, parametric and rendering software, and other graphic software.
