Lead sales of concrete equipment, grow market share and manage client relationships

Tasks

-Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to recommend product/strategy improvements. -Manage existing customer accounts and ensure repeat business through strong relationship management. -Achieve defined sales targets, market penetration, and profitability goals. -Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company policies. -Collaborate with marketing, product support, and service teams to deliver integrated customer solutions. -Develop and execute sales strategies for AMMANN concrete products (batching plants, pumps, etc.). -Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review. -Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, RMC, and allied industries. -Conduct technical presentations, commercial negotiations, and closure of orders/contracts.

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. -Familiarity with government tenders, EPC contractors, and major infra developers. -Self-driven, target-focused, and ability to work independently. -Strong business development and negotiation skills. -7–15 years of proven sales experience in concrete equipment, construction machinery, or related capital goods industry. -Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building customer networks. -Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving approach. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. -Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
