Tasks

-Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. -Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status. -Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. -Oversee project risk management, contract changes, subcontracted vendors, and financial aspects, including payments and change orders. -Provide technical leadership, sub vendor management, and on-site project management support during engineering, installation, startup, and commissioning as needed. -Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. -Lead and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency. -Collaborate closely with internal engineering leaders and provide basic levels of project engineering support, particularly with sub vendors, during heavy design phases of projects. -Plan, execute, and manage projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. -Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, purchasing, and production, to meet project objectives. -Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management strongly encouraged. -PMP certification or equivalent preferred. -Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) required. -Ability to read mechanical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, and electrical schematics preferred. -Advanced skills in MS Office and collaboration tools like Teams. SharePoint, etc. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) preferred. -Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred. -Over 3 years of experience in project management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment automation strongly preferred. -Successful experience in customer relationship management and project financial oversight preferred. -Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. -Experience with capital projects, plant builds, OEM manufacturing, or large-scale industrial implementations required. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field required. -Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control components preferred. -Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making and verbal and written communication skills required.
