Tasks
As a Performance Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting project performance reporting at a central level. Your voice will be an important one and you'll ensure the effective implementation of the cascading framework for monthly performance meetings, facilitating timely discussions that are beneficial to project teams. You'll demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in tracking performance metrics and preparing engaging reports that inform stakeholders. -Collaborate with the Project team, Support Functions, SI Performance Reporting team and Data team to ensure data being reported is accurate and timely, whilst working towards improvements ensuring the dashboards are insightful and “join the dots” between operational and financial reporting. -Lead on the coordination and facilitation of some SI Onshore governance meetings e.g. Package Reviews, Project Review Meetings, Sub-Programme Reviews. -Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of data management and performance reporting. -Develop, produce and deliver regular and one-off management information to provide insights and aid decision making. -Provide PMO coordination support to the PPMO to ensure alignment between performance reporting and other PMO functions. -Work with key stakeholders to scope reporting requirement, whilst working closely with the Data Engineering team throughout development and testing of new automated reports. -Monitor the quality of project performance data, quality reporting and lead on improvement activities to improve performance reporting for a project or region.

What You Bring
-Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support data and performance initiatives. -Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences -Strong understanding of Power BI front end and its functionalities. -Experience in tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. -Exceptional organisational abilities, with a strong focus on managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently to ensure timely completion of activities. -Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in performance and data management. -Proficient in preparing and presenting reports on data and performance metrics, ensuring clarity and relevance for various audiences.
