What You Bring

-Have strong attention to detail with well-planned organisational skills and the ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team -A mechanical aptitude in the use of mowers, tractors and turf related equipment -A current full Drivers Licence -You will be passionate about sports turf, physically fit with energy to burn, and be self-driven -Strong attention to detail with well-planned organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously -Demonstrable experience of 3 years plus and success working in Turf Management with specific experience in preparation and maintenance of cricket pitches and other sports playing turf -Be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and behaviours towards working safely -Working within a business with over 30 years of operational experience -You will be passionate about sports turf and in particular cricket wicket preparation and have the desire and enthusiasm to complete all work to high quality standards -A formal qualification in Turf Management, ideally level 4 -Be flexible to work some weekends during the cricket and or rugby season
