Tasks

-Ensure team sells the concept of multi access points to Rexel: branch, Webstore, email, phone -Uses CRM as the ‘go to” tool to review team performance. -Building strategic partnerships with key suppliers to drive sales and profit growth. -Collaborates with the State General Manager and suppliers to develop innovative offers for sales team to present to customers. -Actively works on sales skill development of the team respecting Rexel Sales Excellence techniques. -Carries out Performance and Development Reviews with each team member as well as regular field coaching sessions -Responsible for the creation of the state sales strategy, encompassing the sales and margin growth of the sales team. -Responsible for regular review of the team’s customer portfolio to ensure an optimal mix of Growth, New, Reactivate and Keep customers to ensure targets are met.

What You Bring

-The ability to manage clear/consistent performance standards, handle performance problems decisively and objectively, and provide guidance and assistance to improve performance -Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience, specifically in key strategic account development utilising a solution sales approach. -Wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience -Proven experience at the senior management level, with a track record in successful leadership/sales roles and driving business growth across a multi-site network. -Chance of global mobility if desired, with more than 1,900 branches across 21 countries.
