Tasks
-Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure -Uses appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy -Maintains clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office -Assists in monitoring and upholding procedures for the safety of guests and hotel team members -Complies with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies -Delivers amenities and general assistance to guests as requested -Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly -Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate -Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner -Completes daily management operations reports -Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns -Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
