-Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems -Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions -Code/ configuration Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices -Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions -Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of assigned products or platforms -Technical Support: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions for assigned technical product/platform
