Service Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate service dispatch, schedule technicians, manage communications and work orders.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly. -Review & address aging calls. -Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/ through email. -Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue. -Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed. -Answer phones and manage e-mail requests. -Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules. -Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.

-Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively. -HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience required. -Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. -Capable of working with cross functional teams to meet deadlines and goals. -Self-motivated and works well with others. -Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. -Effective communication skills working with customers and colleagues at all levels of the business. -Proficiency in office software and tools. -High school diploma or general education degree.
